The tea was about to boil. Nishat started doing housework again in the morning. Today she didn't have to be late for college again. Yesterday her professor had scolded her. It had been six months since her mother passed away, but she still wasn't able to manage her daily routine.

Baba was waiting for tea. Baba had to prepare tea and lunch for Ashi and Saima. She knew that if she didn't prepare lunch, the two younger sisters would remain hungry and would remain sitting in front of the TV. 

She poured tea in a cup and went to the drawing room.
